DAYTON, Ohio — The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. this week announced the release of the Reynolds LAW Montana F&I Library, a comprehensive catalog of standardized, legally reviewed F&I documents for new-car and -truck dealers in the state of Montana.

To facilitate the conversion to laser-printed transactions and e-contracting, printed documents in the LAW Montana F&I Library will also be available in digital format, the company stated.

"We are pleased to announce the new LAW Montana F&I Library," said Jerry Kirwan, senior vice president and general manager of Reynolds Document Services. "The documents in the LAW Montana F&I Library are designed to help dealers meet compliance obligations and manage risk. At the same time, because the documents in the library are written in consumer-friendly language, they can help dealers to establish a clearer, more efficient F&I process. A more efficient F&I process can help lead to a better overall customer experience with the dealership."

In addition, the documents in the library will also be regularly reviewed for legal sufficiency with the latest automotive regulations by Reynolds’ forms specialists alongside Reynolds’ outside legal partners, Kirwan noted.
