Greg Wells is the Senior Partner of Kain Automotive, and has been a part of the automotive world for the past 25 years. Nineteen of those years have been spent managing BDCs and Internet operations, and the work that Greg has done with in-house dealers has tremendously improved the dealership operations. Greg’s development of “The BDC Operational Blueprint” has become the backbone for any BDC model in today’s competitive market. Greg Wells is one of the most knowledgeable and sought-after people when it comes to working with BDCs, and he has worked with some of the most effective and profitable BDCs in North America. Greg will be explaining how to create a great CRM culture within your dealership, as well as the five laws of CRM.
